THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL BOOKINGS AT CENTERED MOVEMENT:
Information published on this website is provided for the use of its visitors and you are advised that, although care has been taken to ensure technical and factual accuracy, some errors may occur. No guarantee is given of the accuracy or completeness of information on these pages. Please be aware that Centered Movement may alter the information on its website from time to time. Centered Movement shall have no liability arising from the use by any party of the information on this website. Centered Movement does not warrant the information on this website in any way, and in particular, no warranty is given that the website or its contents or hypertext links are virus free or uncontaminated. You are advised to make your own virus checks and to implement your own precautions in this respect. Centered Movement exclude all liability for contamination or damage caused by any virus or electronic transmission.
CLASSES
Classes and sessions must be pre-booked , pre-scheduled & pre-paid. All payments are non-refundable or non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Payment is due & payable at the time of booking and can be made via:

• Phone - 0423 041 782All booked sessions/classes have a 24-hour cancellation policy. No exceptions. Cancelling or non-attendance to your class simply means you forfeit your class. We do not charge you an extra fee for not attending.
Packages purchased expiry from date of purchase (FDOP) unless otherwise stated. All packages must be redeemed before they expire. Any classes not used by the expiry date will be forfeited.
INITIAL CONSULTATION : An initial consultation is required before attending any pilates equipment classes/sessions.
Your initial consultation is about both you and your instructor. As an instructor we want the opportunity to get to know you, learn about how you move, how you feel about movement and most importantly what you feel comfortable with. We also want to know what you would like to achieve from your classes, that way we have a better chance to create a program that meets these needs and to guide you into a class that will suit those needs.

Expiry date on Group Class Packs commences from date of purchase and not date of first class:
5 pack to be used within 7 weeks
10 pack to be used within 12 weeks
Expiry date on Private & Duet Session Packs commences from date of purchase and not date of first class;
5 pack to be used within 7 weeks
10 pack to be used within 12 weeks
Late Cancellation/No Show Fee – Class packs and Privates/Duets/Trio Sessions will be charged the full session fee. Our standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all clients.
INTRO OFFER | NEW CLIENT OFFERS
Our Intro Offer is only available to new clients of Centered Movement. One introductory Offer per new client. The Intro Package must be completed within 2 weeks and can only be purchased once by an individual unless buying for someone else.
Clients are not allowed to attend a Class/Private session unless paid before the class.
We accept Bank Transfers or Cash. We do not accept Cheques.
All prices included GST. An invoice will be sent to you before the purchase of packs/ sessions to make the payment.
We happily accept private studio session bookings on the same day/time each week. Group Classes are scheduled on a “first come, first served” basis. Online booking enquiries open 3 months in advance with the exception of the Christmas Period and school holidays. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
The fees/ invoice do not include any transaction fee charged by your bank for transferring money into our account. * Please contact your bank to check for transaction fees.
RESERVATIONS
Centered Movement studios pilates sessions are very popular, so to avoid disappointment you must reserve a space in each session you wish to attend as there are strictly limited spaces available. All classes must be paid for at the time of booking. Please be aware classes/sessions are on a first-come, first-served basis.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations, or full class fee will be charged.
There are no discounts, refunds or make-ups of sessions given for any missed classes/sessions for any other reasons.
You are only charged for classes attended OR late cancelled classes. If you are unable to attend your class or session and have given a minimum of 24 hours notice, that class or session will not be deducted from your Pack/Session. In the event of illness/emergency a make up class may be attended pending class availability in the same week.

For Privates & Duets Session : If you are planning on going away on holiday, let us know and we can place your pack on hold for you. This way, no classes or sessions will be deducted and you can travel without worrying about missing anything. Please note this does not apply for group classes.
Sessions/Classes :Instructors and sessions/classes are subject to change without notice. Centered Movement reserves the right to cancel classes if necessary.
In the event that you are unable to attend your scheduled class, we are able to switch you to another class in the same week providing we have an availability or spot free for the classes scheduled in that week. Please email/text your request to info@centeredmovement.com.au or 0423041782 With a minimum of 24 hours prior notice to your scheduled class and we will confirm via email/text .
Am I able to offer my spot to a family member or friend. As part of our insurance and studio safety, only clients successfully registered and listed on the teachers class list, are able to participate in class. Unfortunately this means places cannot be ‘given or swapped’ to a friend? or family member in lieu of your position. This also ensures fairness to other clients who have joined a waitlist, or are unable to attend class due to all the positions being fully booked.
The full fee will be charged for cancellations made within a 24 hour period of your class or studio booking. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable due to the small number of clients per class/session.
Centered Movement may cancel group classes if two or less people are booked in. We will inform you via email / sms / phone, at least 2 hours prior to the class.
Instructors may change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for a group class, you may be required to forfeit the right to participate. This is at the instructor's discretion, is for your own safety and is out of respect to the other clients.
In the event of illness/emergency a make up class may be attended pending class availability within 7days of your missed class ( Applies only for Group Classes)
There are no discounts, refunds or make-ups of sessions missed for any other reasons.
TRANSFERRING YOUR CLASSES
All classes and packages are non-transferable between family members and friends.
All sales are final.
CLASS ETIQUETTE
All personal belongings must be left in the basket placed near the entrance. No personal belongings are permitted near the equipment.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your class and clean the equipment as instructed.
Late arrivals are unable to join a group class, please plan your arrival time.
Grip socks are required for your safety and hygiene and are available for purchase at the studio.
For your safety and the consideration of others, mobile phone usage during all pilates sessions/classes is not permitted.
This is your time to shine and give back to yourself, please leave all children at home.
All group classes / studio sessions are 45/ 50 / 55 minutes in duration. You are required to please bring your own towel, water bottle and wear comfortable exercise clothing, including grip socks, when participating in your class/session.
WORKSHOPS TERMS & POLICY
Payment for workshops are required upfront and via the payment methods advertised specific to each individual workshop.
i) No refunds given.
ii) Tickets are transferable to another person in the event you cannot attend, please advise the studio or individual organiser advertised of the exchange prior to the session. Ticket holder transfers must be of equal or lesser value.
iii) Payments / Bookings for a workshop are final and not transferrable between other services or workshops held or hosted by Centered Movement.
