HOW DO YOU START?

Pilates might at first sound a little daunting and leave you with more questions than answers: What do I wear? What should I expect from a class? Who can do Pilates? Can I attend a class alone? Centered Movement is here to help, no matter your level of fitness or your Pilates experience. We are here to prepare you for your first ever class with us or simply, remind you of what to expect when you visit Centered Movement for the very first time.

It is highly recommended that you treat yourself to a private session if you have never before tried the Pilates method.

This will give you an hour to work and chat with us one on one. In the session, you will learn the principles of Pilates, the foundational techniques, the terms you will hear in class and an overview of basic anatomy.
