Founded by Nikita, Centered Movement is a boutique Pilates studio focused on supporting individuals in their journey toward better health and longevity. From beginners to experienced practitioners, Nikita is dedicated to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and achieve a healthier, more balanced lifestyle through tailored Pilates sessions.

Influenced by her teachers, peers, environment and her travel, she aims to bring a unique sense of empowerment to each of my classes. A skilled Pilates Teacher providing Matwork, Reformer & Studio pilates classes to individuals and/or groups, educating clients on fitness and nutrition, maintaining an enjoyable learning environment.
Started as a pilates enthusiast at a local studio in Mosman, went on to pursue a diploma from Pilates ITC in Mat and Reformer & Studio Pilates (Cadillac, Chair and Barrels). Nikita believes in blending experiences from her many travels and rich interaction with pilates experts across the globe to create a unique sense of empowerment in all her classes. She committed to teaching Pilates as a total body conditioning experience for all levels of fitness with a focus on proper form and comprehension.
Previously Nikita had a successful career in Art Direction at major studios in India.

Pilates is one of the most transformative practices that you can do for your body.
My Pilates classes are personalised to suit your body and we focus on perfecting technique in every class. In our class, you may get a better understanding of how your body functions and the precise execution of the exercises will hopefully leave you feeling energized and more in tune with your body. It is not just a set of exercises, it is a method of restoring balance in your body by being mindful which can help you with ALL your daily activities.
My studio space is light and airy and designed to offer small group Pilates classes, duets and privates in a comfortable and safe environment. Sessions here are extremely personalised, available in a private 1:1 or duet 2:1 or group session 3:1 format, using a range of Pilates equipment. Each session you do at Centered Movement is tailored to how YOU feel each time you walk into the studio, conducted at your own pace with a program unique to your individual needs. I adapt and program your sessions on the spot β whether that be to accommodate any aches, pains or twinges you have, your energy level, mental outlook or your goals on the day. Whether you have had a stressful day at work, feel tired and achy or ready to workout like a warrior, this approach gives the flexibility to accommodate it all.
